It is still the rainy season here and this morning the skies are wholly overcast after overnight rain. However, it is an ill wind and so on and so forth and at least it makes the plants grow. Here are some oranges:
The slightly surprised looking gnome is one of several to take refuge in our garden, which is in fact much smaller thanĀ I try to make out. Here is another picture of fruit:
It is good to step back from the busy bourgeois urban life that we are all obliged to lead here and remember that this is a tropical country after all.
Tomorrow no doubt I will be told I have got it all wrong and they are not oranges at all.
